Delete your driver account
You delete your account yourself, in a few taps, from the app. It is immediate: nothing to request, nobody to wait for.
- Open the Chauffeur.Restaurant app — or sign in at chauffeur.restaurant/login from any browser.
- Go to “Profile”, then scroll down to the sensitive area at the bottom of the page.
- Tap “Delete my account…”: the screen first shows you, for your own account, what will be erased and what will be kept.
- Type your email to confirm. The erasure happens on the spot and your access closes.
Only one thing can delay the deletion: a shift or a run in progress. Finish what is under way, then start again.
What is erased
- Your identity and contact details: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, licence number.
- Your documents — licence, registration, insurance — including the uploaded images.
- Your location history, your devices, your notification tokens and your biometric unlock.
- Your vehicle and your banking coordinates. The latter are kept only if a payout is still owed to you — otherwise it would have nowhere to land — then erased once it has been made.
What is kept
- The pay and tax records the law requires us to keep: payouts, invoices, collections, remittances, adjustments and shifts. They stay tied to a file number, without your name or contact details.
- If you still hold money belonging to us when you delete: a narrow collection file — name, phone, email, licence number, date of birth and address — kept until the amount is settled, then erased automatically. The photo of your licence is deleted in every case.
Deletion cancels no amount: termination extinguishes the sums owed on neither side (contractor agreement, s. 21). Details in our privacy policy.
Can’t sign in any more?
Lost password, app uninstalled: request the deletion here. We confirm your identity by email, then erase the account for you — that is the only reason this form exists.
A forgotten password is settled faster on your own: reset it here, then delete the account from “Profile”.
